Every provider that processes personal data for Unda Forms, what it receives, where it is, and whether it is in use. It is published from the same record the service is checked against: our tests fail if the code reaches a provider that isn't on it.

Agreements
“Provider contract blocked” means no signed data processing agreement with that provider is on file yet. We say so rather than imply otherwise.
Changes
When a provider is added or changes, the list version above changes. Organizations can record that they have reviewed the current list in their privacy settings, and see when it has changed since.
